WINGS OF A PRAYER is a replica of a Shaman’s Drum.
If you tried to play this “drum” with a baton, the stone would of course, break.
Ruben has carved a regal bird within the circumference of the drum.
Likely an Eagle, the colours of this Brazilian Alabaster are dramatic and alluring.
I can’t recall seeing an Inuit art piece like Wings Of A Prayer.
You can always rely on Abraham Ruben to think outside the Box.
