This hind end is where the ball joint of Bowie’s legs attach to his pelvis.
His hind end allows him to run, jump and spring onto his prey.
A bear is nothing without his powerfully built legs and haunches.
Johnny has used his carver’s “paintbrush” to colour Bowie with a spectacular velvet deep green bejewelled with watery blue turquoise.
