The veining on Churchill’s tummy and the individual wing feathers emphasize Churchill’s AMPLE contours.
He dances on one very large goose foot.
His feet are humorous. 
When viewed from the back, his outstretched wings are reminiscent of the cloaks that Churchill wore.
