Delivery Guidelines and Damage Policy
Delivery Time
Your garden bed is on its way! It will take 4-8 business days to ship, and you’ll get a tracking number the following day so you can follow its journey. Since the carrier doesn’t schedule deliveries, be sure to track your shipment and print out the tracking numbers (you’ll get one for each box). Your order might arrive in anywhere from 1 to 7 boxes, so keep an eye out for them!
Package Arrival
No worries if you’re not home when your garden bed arrives! We’ll make sure it’s left in a safe, dry spot. Just a heads up – it’s always better if someone’s around to receive it. When your order arrives, double-check that you’ve received all the boxes listed on your tracking numbers. If anything seems to be missing, just give the carrier a call.
Inspecting Damages
Once you’ve got all your boxes, take a good look at each one to make sure they’re in good shape. Check for any dents, tears, or loose tape and staples. Before you start building, take a peek at the assembly instructions and count the parts to make sure everything you need is there.
